At Peshdoo.com, we create each gift with a personal touch, tailoring it to your unique specifications. Our cancellation and refund policy reflects the customized nature of our products.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of our personalized gifts, we begin the customization process soon after your order is confirmed. If you must cancel your order, please reach out to us before customization commences. Once the personalization process has started, we cannot accept cancellations.

Refund Policy: Refunds are issued solely on the basis that you contact us with issues prior to the customization of your order. If for any reason you decide to not proceed with your order, please inform us immediately, and we will process a refund within 3 days. 

No Returns for Dislike: Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds if you do not like the product. This is because each item is personalized and created based on your specific requirements.

Exchange Policy: In the unlikely event that your order is delivered broken or damaged, we will exchange the item. Please contact us as soon as possible to initiate the exchange process. We have 5 day exchange policy. 

Payment Method: We accept prepaid and COD orders.
